Visesh Infotecnics Limited has informed the Exchange about change in ManagementPursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (""Listing Regulations""), we hereby inform you that on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and subject to the approval of the Shareholders, the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e., 12th January, 2024, which commenced at 12:00 P.M. and concluded at 1:00 P.M. has considered and approved:1. Re-appointment of Mr. Peeyush Kumar Aggarwal (DIN: 00090423) as a Managing Director of the Company for a further period of five years with effect from January 03, 2024.
